How I Became a Tech Career Coach Helping Others Build Purposeful Careers
I never set out to become a tech career coach, but looking back, it seems like the only path that ever made sense. From my early days navigating the complexities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to speaking on stages about women in tech, I found one consistent thread — helping others unlock their potential.
Working in the tech industry for over a decade gave me a front-row seat to both its rapid evolution and its persistent barriers. I saw women, people of colour, and mid-career professionals struggle to find their voice and value. That inspired me to create a safe and strategic space where individuals could transform not just their careers, but their confidence too.
As a tech career coach, I support my clients with more than CV rewrites and job interview tips. I empower them to reimagine what’s possible, leverage their lived experience, and position themselves as leaders in their fields. Coaching is personal, and I bring empathy, lived experience, and industry insight to every session.
Many of my clients are already high-achievers — they just need clarity, direction, and the tools to navigate an industry that often moves faster than its own people. Together, we build strategies that are aligned, achievable, and authentic.
I believe tech should be a place where everyone thrives, not just survives. That’s the mission I live out every day as a tech career coach.
