For more than a decade, Musonda has led and supported teams delivering complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise transformation programmes across a variety of industries. What began as a hands-on project management career has evolved into leading a consultancy that helps organisations navigate change with clarity, confidence, and structure.

Musonda grew up between Zambia and the UK - an experience that taught her early how to adapt quickly, read environments deeply, and navigate unfamiliar spaces with patience and resilience. These skills now underpin the way she approaches transformation: grounded, intuitive, observant, and human.
When she entered the world of digital transformation, Musonda worked on both sides of the delivery equation - within Microsoft partner organisations delivering programmes, and within client teams accountable for making change work in real environments. This dual perspective allowed her to see where communication breaks down, where expectations drift, and where organisations lose visibility or control.
It is also why she built MVM Consulting around clarity, alignment, and honest partnership.
